Welcome to AiciGăsești ("the Platform", "we"), at aicigasesti.ro. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By creating an account or using the Platform you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

You must be 18+ or have guardian consent. You are responsible for the accuracy of your data, your password's confidentiality and all activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.

3. Posting listings

You are solely responsible for your Listings and warrant you have the legal right to publish and sell the item/service. Listings must be genuine, complete, in a single relevant category and lawful. Prohibited content includes: weapons, ammunition and explosives; drugs and controlled substances; ID/fake documents or third-party personal data; counterfeit or IP-infringing goods; stolen payment instruments, fraud or hacking services; human organs and protected wildlife; sexually explicit, discriminatory, defamatory or hateful content; pyramid schemes, spam and misleading advertising.

4. Content licence

You keep your rights. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, resize and promote the Listing within the Platform and its promotional materials, solely to operate and promote the service.

5. Paid services

Some features (promotion, ad space) may be paid; prices and terms are shown before purchase. The consumer right of withdrawal may not apply to digital services fully performed with your express consent.

6. Moderation, suspension & termination

We may, at our discretion, moderate, edit, hide or remove Listings and limit, suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or the law, with or without notice. You can close your account anytime from My data.

7. User conduct

Don't use the Platform unlawfully, harass others, scrape via unauthorized automated means, or disrupt the service. Messaging is for transaction-related communication only.

8. Platform role

AiciGăsești is an intermediary hosting Listings. We are not a party to contracts between Users and do not own, verify or guarantee the existence, quality, safety or legality of advertised items, nor the parties' ability to transact. Transactions are at Users' own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform or from transactions between Users.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or of third-party rights.

11. Data protection

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, under the GDPR.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law; disputes are resolved amicably or by the competent Romanian courts. Consumers may contact the Romanian consumer authority (ANPC) and use the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date will change and continued use means acceptance.
