This policy explains how AiciGăsești collects, uses and protects your personal data under the EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Romanian law.

• Account: display name, email, city, hashed password.
• Listings: title, description, price, location, uploaded photos/videos.
• Messages: the content of conversations between users.
• Technical: IP address, browser type, essential cookies.

3. Purposes & legal basis

• Providing the service — contract.
• Safety and fraud/abuse prevention — legitimate interest.
• Saved-search email alerts — consent (opt out anytime).
• Legal compliance — legal obligation.

4. Retention

We keep account data while the account is active. On account deletion, your personal data is removed except where the law requires retention.

5. Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You can download your data or delete your account, and lodge a complaint with the Romanian DPA (ANSPDCP).

6. Sharing

We don't sell your data. Listings and your display name are public by design. Processors (hosting, email) act on our behalf under contract.

7. Security

HTTPS, hashed passwords, and appropriate technical and organizational measures.
